Is the AI Agent included in the base plan?
No. The base plan provides access to the management software. The AI Agent is optional. Online booking is coming soon.
How is the AI Agent billed?
The option has a fixed monthly price. Calls and texts are billed by usage, on top of the plan and option.
Is pricing the same in every country?
No. Canada, the United States, and Mexico each have their own pricing. If your location and declared country differ, the higher-priced grid applies. Taxes extra.
Which languages does HoistDesk support?
The home page and several software sections are available in French, English, and Spanish. Signup and some pages remain in French. The AI Agent is configured to answer in all three languages.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. A full pause gives read-only access and credits 100% of the period. In vacation mode, the AI Agent stays active and books appointments for your return; 50% is credited. Pauses last at least 7 days, up to 84 days per year.
What does the launch offer include?
